Hotel perks,
explained simply.
Hotel perks are extras included with an eligible booking rate at a participating property. They can add value to a stay, but the details matter more than the headline.
What should you compare?
Start with the same hotel, dates, room type, occupancy and cancellation policy. Then compare the final price, taxes, breakfast allowance and any hotel credit. A lower headline price can have different inclusions or stricter terms.

| Early / late access | Whether arrival or departure times are guaranteed or only requested. |
| Loyalty benefits | Whether this exact rate earns points and qualifying nights, and how existing status benefits apply. |
Do you need hotel elite status?
Preferred-program benefits are attached to eligible bookings rather than simply to a traveler’s elite status. The applicable hotel and rate rules still control what is included. If you already have status, ask how those benefits interact with the offer; duplicated benefits may not create extra value.
Is booking with an advisor more expensive?
I do not charge for checking hotel rates or booking your hotel. You pay the agreed hotel rate and any applicable hotel charges. This does not mean every rate will be identical to booking direct: compare the same room, dates, inclusions and cancellation terms.
Can perks be added to an existing reservation?
Do not assume so. Share the reservation details and cancellation terms with your advisor before making changes. A different rate or new reservation may be needed; do not cancel until availability and any penalties are clear.
What should you send with your enquiry?
Your destination, travel dates, guest count, approximate budget and any hotels you already like are a useful starting point. Mention room preferences, special occasions and hotel loyalty memberships too.
